If this sounds familiar
Why does your deodorant suddenly stop working?
For years, it simply worked. Then something shifted. A scent that doesn’t quite smell like you, heavier or mustier than before, sometimes in places your deodorant was never meant to reach.
It’s more common than anyone talks about. With age, and through perimenopause and menopause, hormones shift and the oils on your skin change. Body odor can change with them. A product built for underarm sweat may no longer feel like enough.
You’re not imagining it
And it has nothing to do with how clean you are.
Most women respond the way that seems logical: another shower, a stronger soap, a little more perfume. It’s frustrating when none of it lasts. Washing resets things for a few hours, but your skin carries on doing what it does. Fragrance sits on top and blends with whatever is underneath.
None of this means something is wrong with you. It means you need something made for the change.

The science, simply
What changes, and where persimmon comes in.
Skin oils change with age.
Researchers have associated some age-related body odor with the oxidation of skin oils and a compound called 2-nonenal, often described as greasy or grassy.
Persimmon, a Japanese body-care tradition.
In Japan, persimmon has become the signature ingredient in body care made for this kind of odor, from bath soaps to body washes.
Out of the shower, onto your skin.
A soap is rinsed away within minutes. FORTH puts persimmon extract in a leave-on stick you apply to clean, dry skin, wherever you need it, and take with you.

What is a whole-body deodorant?
A deodorant made to be used beyond the underarms. Odor can develop anywhere skin meets skin or sweat collects: under the bust, across the chest and back, the inner thighs, skin folds and feet. A whole-body deodorant is designed for all of those places, not just one.
Where can I use FORTH?
Anywhere from the neck down on clean, dry, unbroken skin: underarms, under the bust, chest, back, inner thighs, skin folds and feet. Avoid your eyes, broken or irritated skin, and intimate or internal areas.
Is FORTH an antiperspirant?
No. FORTH is a deodorant. It contains no aluminum and is not designed to block sweat.
Will it stop me from sweating?
No, and it is not meant to. Sweating is a normal, healthy process. FORTH is about freshness, not about stopping your body from doing its job.
Is it aluminum free?
Yes. The full ingredient list is: Mineral Oil, Beeswax, Petrolatum, Glycerin, Tocopherol, Diospyros Kaki Fruit Extract, Allantoin.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
FORTH is made without aluminum, baking soda or added fragrance, with a short ingredient list, and it is formulated to be gentle on sensitive skin. Every skin is different, so try it on a small area first and stop using it if irritation occurs.
What is persimmon extract?
An extract of the persimmon fruit (Diospyros kaki). In Japan, persimmon is a well-known ingredient in body-care products for odor that changes with age, from soaps to body washes. FORTH brings it to a leave-on stick.
What is nonenal?
2-nonenal is an odor compound that researchers have found in greater amounts on the skin of older adults. It is associated with the oxidation of certain skin oils and is often described as greasy or grassy. It is one of several factors that can contribute to changing body odor.
Can body odor change during menopause?
Many women notice that it does. Hormonal shifts can affect sweat and the oils on your skin, which can change how you smell. It is common and nothing to be embarrassed about. If you notice a sudden or significant change, it is worth mentioning to your doctor.
How often should I use it?
Once a day on clean, dry skin, usually after your shower or when you get dressed. Reapply whenever you like.
How long does one stick last?
It depends on how many areas you use it on and how generously you apply it. With a subscription you set the pace: pick an interval, then shorten or stretch it anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. No fees, no phone calls, no minimum number of orders.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes. Choose any interval from every 4 to every 12 weeks, and change it, skip a delivery, or pause whenever you like. You can also change how many sticks arrive in each delivery.
Feel like yourself again.
Whole-body freshness, aluminum free, in one stick. Try it for 30 days.
